I’m sure you’ve seen advertisements for homes in various publications and online. Have you tried calling the agent advertising the property? Did they answer the phone? If you left a message how long before they returned your call? How helpful was their response? Did they provide you with alternatives? How about email with additional listings for your review? Did they provide detailed property information or did they simply give you the price and want to hang up the phone or try to push this particular home instead of providing you with insights and more options?

Many sites have outdated homes that have either been sold, withdrawn, expired, or they are no longer available due to pending status or perhaps they have received an offer currently in negotiation with the bank.
